Great seller! Do not hesitate to purchase from Charlie.

Bought a washer bottle from him, unfortunately he sent me the wrong item.

I emailed him and he acknowledged he made a mistake. He apologized, told me he had a mix-up, and that the bottle in the ad was already gone. He offered me a bottle in an even better condition than what was in the ad and immediately sent it to me all the way to the Philippines. Did not ask for an additional charge. Did not even ask for his old bottle back.

After more than a month of waiting, the item finally arrived and was as pictured and in great condition
