Porsche box/tool?

Find this box some years ago, does the tool innside have any thing to do with the box??

Well....it "appears" to be a manometer. It could possibly be used for syncing carbs...measuring exhaust back pressure....or any other atmospheric pressure differential you could think of. Just cant visualize how or what it would hook up to or how.

Whether its a Porsche tool or accessory...I have no idea. Ray
