Hello,

I had someone design a VW Bug image that I was thinking about putting on some t-shirts or other items to try and raise some more money to fix my 67 in a timely fashion. I got the rough draft back, but something seems slightly off about the picture and I can't figure out what I was hoping some of you might be able to see what I am overlooking.

Be prepared for for a letter from VWoA. VW is pretty protective of its image. Especially when you said you were going to sell them. Sorry to be such a downer, but I'd hate to see you out money.

That's an interesting perspective that I haven't thought of. I just love the cars and thought it might be fun to play around with. It's definitely something I will look into though. If I was ever sued all they would get is a rusty 67 though haha.

Actually they are quite rabid & would willingly own your butt for quite a while.

I'm into a legal advisor, but the front, early bumper is slapped on a late model car- and not well. It's too high too close. I wouldn't buy the shirt because it does not commemorate an event or anything that makes it special. It just looks unfortunately like an old Printmaster clip art beetle with a map behind it.
