Chuck's Convertibes - on holiday?

Hi folks has anyone dealt with Chucks Convertibles recently? I have an almost completed restoration of a '78 and need to purchase some parts to finish it... but several emails in the past month have gone unanswered.

I have bought from Chuck's before - happy - and find this a little out of character.

Is Chuck on holidays/vacation/closed for Jan?

Logical idea but I am in Australia and travel a lot so that is not really practical
