57 Euro single cab

Could someone please confirm what tail lights a September 57 Euro single cab would have left the factory with??,,, not sure when the change was made to the 58 style tail light.
Also would it have had reflectors at the back???
The pickup has/had semaphores from the factory (if thats of any help)
