If he bought it for 160K, he must have bought it back himself at the auction.... |

Sold for $99K? If that was a properly done restoration, that seems like a pretty decent price. |

I could use that for the 67 Westy I picked up last fall. Mine has one, but it has been hacked out to fit a large sheet of plexiglass for a "skylight". It's sort of cool, but not the best quality job.
If this were in my region so I could pick it up instead of paying shipping costs, I would seriously consider making an offer. _________________ nothing |

I was wondering if it was a flipseat. I think the ad stated that it was a swivel seat. I could tell from the one interior pic that it wasn't a swivel. I shot him a e-mail asking if the bus had a sub hatch and never received a response. they were only about a couple of hours drive from my place. should have jumped sooner. oh well. lol |

i stopped watching the show years ago it has ruined the hobby so bad for us and the hotrodders. i'm glad the prices are coming down what i heard was really funny is a 21 window went for more than this bus. i'm glad someone really got reamed on the price. _________________ "asking and getting are two different things" |

You can see it has a hatch opening in the pic.

so-34 is on my most wanted list!! Unfortunately most of the ones for sale are missing the interiors. There is an old man on atascadero that has a very nice OG paint SWR 1961 so-34. love that bus!! |

You'd best get in line now and have a gigantic grip of benjamins. He is cleaning house and all the VW people within a 200 mile radius are on the alert. _________________ "My biggest worry is that when I die, my wife will sell all my parts for what I told her I paid for them"-Jon
