If the gears look good but they have some rounded ends does mean there no good?
And were the gear ends completely square or did they come with an angle?
Please let me know if you guys have any help.

On first and second gear they where rounded from the beginning.
You can file and polish a bit if there is any sharp "wear edges", burr.
