Widened Wheels for a 69 Ghia

I have a 1969 Ghia convertible. It is time for new wheels and tires. I really like the look of the widened stock wheels. Can anyone tell me where I can get a set for my car with the 4x130 bolt pattern?

Or does anyone have a set for sale?

check and make sure you have ample clearance for a wider rim and tire
And read the fine print about the hubcap fitment on the latter rims.

Those are wider than the stock wheels on the car now. But I am looking for more of a deep dish like they do on the wide 5 wheels if it's possible.

Exactly. That's what I am talking about.

Any ideas what widths I can do on a stock suspension. I was thinking a 6.5-7" wide on the rear and a 5" wide in the front. I like the staggered look.

Better do lots of measuring. Just last night I ran into fitment issues on my '66 with short axles (narrower than your IRS) and 15x5.5 with a wide offset....

Could be my tire choice also. I haven't measured the offset yet, but will need that for finding my replacement.

On mine I have porsche 914 stock steel wheels.5 1/2 wide,fit VW hubcaps,perfect fit for a Ghia. 195 65 tires.

They are a very close fit with 185 width tires.
