Ben, CLR comes in liquid form and you mix it 'one to one' with warm water then I use a green scotch brite pad slosh it around in the CLR / water mix and scrub the rust away.

Bro, theres no tellin at this point. Im working on the front floors right now thanks to Kelly "Metwiz" who sent me what I needed.
Im getting some exact match color coded touch up paint from towerpaint.com http://www.towerpaint.com/customcans.html ever since I saw how good they matched 55bundts polar silver just from the color code. I will patch a small hole on the rear passenger rocker then blend that spot. After that I'll call it a day.
Im waiting on my front walkthru Como Green seat covers to arrive from TMI since I couldnt find any OG front walk thru seats in the useable OG material. I guess they will be the only brand new looking things in the bus.
