Does anyone know what the stock ride height is for a 67?

6 inches. From the Owners Manuals (page 51 or 52) on this site.

Looks to me like a small re-indexing of the sagging rear end would do it.

As several people pointed out already, your car looks stock ride height as it sits now.

To level out the car horizontally, you may be might also be able to mount tires with higher side walls in the rear (compared to the side wall size of the front tires), that should raise the back just a tiny bit.
I guess a good tire shop could advise you best on the actual possibilities, and otherwise there is a "wheels/tire" thread on this site for inspiration.
