I'm in the process of repairing the leaky fresh airbox on my '71 RHD Fastback, but at the same time I'll be re-instating the controls for my airbox (which a PO has disconnected and left that way), I've figure out the control nearest the driver, I was just wondering where this bracket should fix to for the control furthest from the driver?

It attaches to the air box to control the flap on the left side of the box. It's basically a cable sheath stop.

Thanks Bobnotch, I'll have another look at the plastic airbox and see if I can see where it screws in. Well, once I've repaired the air vent tray above it and stopped it leaking... *cries*
