Nice work on the panel replacement work. Can't really tell from the photos ...I can see that you are not 'butt-welding' the replacement panels to the existing body panels, so are you flanging the body-side of the metal and then doing a lap-joint weld?? If you are flanging, what tool are you using? OP, where do you live? Must be salt country from what I've seen. I've got a '67 bug, California all it's life. It's intact. Want to buy it? |

most of it with a new rear quarter panel and the made the rest by hand |
