best aircooled show in the northeast .
pulling up behind crukab Tom broken down only for me to break down 10 miles down the road after we got him going is weird/good luck for the "breakdown brothers"
The alternator fuel pump had the pin epoxied in place, but only on one side, so in vibrated out. The tape and zip ties were a profilact measure . Getting a good one with the circlip now...
good times and lots of laughs at the show. |

Thanks to all those whose hard work paid off. Had a great time at a great show. Next year, I'd like to show up a bit early so I can meet more people. Such a great group of diverse cars in attendance.

Without them (and my Mini Bike) it would be impossible to get 200-300 cars parked in a timely and orderly fashion. Thanks guys.

Just want to echo some other's comments here. Another fantastic weekend, adding the Friday camping was an excellent idea, and thanks to the Central Jersey Club and the Swim Club staff for all their hard work and hosting the show.

Does anyone have an official count of how many registered campers / show cars were in attendance this year ?
As with previous gatherings, there were a lot of vehicles on that show field Sunday !

Due to the potential threat of rain we were down a bit on show cars to just over 250 by my count but the show was still terrific as always. Thanks to all the campers who came in on Friday - we will definitely continue the extended weekend for future years as all the feedback was all very positive.
A huge thank you to all the die hard supporters who didn't let the forecast spoil one of the best VW weekends out there!
