I have one of these locks in my car. The key hole is all jacked up. Who could restore it or just make it work properly?

I can underline the great quality work, headlight-doc is doing. Recently I got my lamp buckets and reflectors and (rezinced) small parts as well as rubber parts back from him. His work is worth every Cent! On a snowy weekend afternoon I reassembled the headlights.

Here are some pics in the gallery:

I had this other pair of earlier split headlights (not identical to the above pictured pair), which was totally unmolested and never disassembled. Headlight-doc succeeded in remirroring the front part of their brass reflectors in respecting the nice og backside. It stayed untouched as I did not want to have this nice og backside restored. Great work!!

Got my lamppods back from lampdoctor to stamp the Hella logo on the painted pod. In nature the colour is only minimum different like the NOS lamp. Notice the difference of the refection between the NOS frontlamp and the restored reflector.

Very nice Marcus. Thanks for the update.

Just out of interest, is there a reason why you didn't use original bolts for the bearing housing?...

I thought that the hex key was not a standard until like 30 years ago or so, as not seen as for example the beetle (other than the gearbox plugs and front beam) - in my workshop manual it is described how to make your own tool for those. But it seems this was invented about 100 years ago, though there were several standards; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hex_key. Strange that they had it early and then went for a standard bolt - perhaps of cost reasons?

Is Rico still doing headlight work? I need a pair of split Bosch units restored, but have received no response to emails sent to Rico. Are there other sources for this service?
Thanks for any help.
