I need help to find out what this is... What years would it be correct to use this carburetor.
It has the number 111129023 on the tag.

My answer will be very broad, there are many specific casting details and etc that others can chime in with that will narrow it down more. Your carb is a 28pci with vacuum port for the distributor....that narrows it down to 1954-1960 Beetle. _________________ https://instagram.com/mr.ogpaint

Since it doesn't say "28 PCI" on the side it's an early 36hp carburetor.
It should be correct for 54-55 if you are trying to get really specific.
It would work on 53-60 36hp engines though.
(%3 has no vacuum connection so it would have to be blocked off)
The linkage from the lower accelerator to the choke is bent - you may already know that. _________________ How to Post Photos
