Can't say enough positive about Bill!
Had a relatively small transaction of $25
Part was damaged in shipping through no fault of his
He refunded half the cost which really left him losing money in my opinion. All he wished is that I was satisfied with the transaction...
I am definately that..
Glad to know that Customer Service and fair play is still alive and well in Bill!

I'd definitely do business with Bill again. He responded to all my emails very quickly, packaged two vent windows like he was shipping them to himself, and sent them to me in record time. Oh, and the vent windows were even nicer than I expected. Excellent!!!

I was surprised at how quickly the item was sent out. The price for shipping had gone up (no suprise) but the deal was made for the original price. AWESOME!! Very Happy
