Ah but this one is special...it's "the best you can buy" and in a major scientific breakthrough it will "Last forever" Shocked

I generally don't trust people using photos randomly stolen off the Internet either.

It looks like this seller has some mixed feedback

For that price, I would expect it to at least include a good flocking.

Ok, so I bought a reasonably priced part, but the seller has not sent me the item. I will soon paste his name here and warn others of his lack of sending items in a timely manor.. I bought the part on the 27th of December. I understand with the holidays and all, but he stated it was packed up and ready to ship on the 30th. I will give him another 24 hours.

about 4 times what its worth. Beetle or early ghia, pretty plentiful, easy to find. Harder to find are the ghia tulip profile.

^^^ I saw that yesterday Loren, thought the same thing. soo...I perused all his ads. I dont understand their pricing philosophy. Has a LOT of inventory, but do they sell anything at those prices? Anyone here buy from him? If that is reality I am going to have to re adjust my net worth. Surprised

Oh, I think that "priceless" is vague enough so that no adjustment will be necessary.

Shocked

Doesn't he realize that if he wants anyone to take him seriously, he needs to proofread his ad copy?

If those kind of prices are what we can expect when the Karmann Ghia finally gets recognized as the semi-coachbuilt European classic that it is, then I for one would be happy if it remains the undiscovered gem that it currently is.
