Back in July I picked up an Allstate single wheel box trailer from the Airhead Parts show in Oxnard, and have been trying to figure out what year it's from. Someone registered it as a 2006 "Special Construction" trailer, so, I'm stuck with the ugly new plates, and really want to get it registered as a 50s/60s/70s (Or whichever it is) trailer again, so I can put the old plates back on.
Trouble is, I can't seem to find any documentation on the year for this thing. The original ID plate only has a model and serial number, and I can't seem to find any old brochures / catalogs from Allstate / Sears with this trailer in it. Hoping someone can track down a rough year for me and some old document (Be it a catalog, or whatnot) to go with it.
