Shocked . I think that this persons judgement about using that bumper brings everything into question about this car.

Look closer at that engine bay one more time...is that fresh paint over what ( appears?) is bubbling rust coming up ? That's a lot of bubbling right there. Is this a deal breaker for you? Are you looking at getting into some metal replacement yourself.. How's your welding skillz ?

On the other hand...it's a cool custom Ghia. Certainly headlights are one of a kind. Better than no Ghia at all.

My .02 worth ? I would keep on looking.
