| I am looking at a bug for sale but the title is from mexico. It is a 2002 old style bug. I am not sure if it is even possible to transfer it to texas. The bug is here in texas already at a used car lot. The salesman said it is his friends car. I just need to know if i am wasting my time. Info on the process would be appreciated with links. |

Its a used car lot - have them get you clear US/Texas title as part of the deal. Pay the extra to have them provide tags & registration - definitely worth the peace of mind. |

I agree have the dealer do the leg work for you if it is even possible. Do check with your DMV.
