Hello All,
I am looking to ship a fender panel from Mississippi to the UK, I am looking for a cheap solution, whether using a courier or getting the panel to someone bringing a vehicle into the UK that I can put inside and pick up once on this side of the pond. (UK) - let me know contribution required.
Or any other solution - I am in no rush for delivery.

Hi 67T1
I am in the South East ( London Area) - town of Brentwood, Essex.
Ports within reasonable distance are Tilbury, Felixstowe, Southampton, Harwich, but willing to travel.
Thanks Tim. _________________ -------------------

Have a word with Kingstown Shipping Tim: http://www.kingstown-shipping.co.uk/ They're a UK shipper who specialise in cars and the US in particular. If you're in no hurry it's likely they will have cars being shipped to the UK from New Orleans and might be able to arrange to have your fender added to a container shipment. Phone them...they are very experienced and in my experience very helpful. _________________ John.

Hi John
Spoke to them this morning, the cost quoted is on par with Fedex plus I need to get it to the port of Houston and pick it up from Southampton- which does not make it a viable solution.
But thanks for the pointer, they were helpful with the options. But still looking to find a vehicle coming to the UK.

Just an update - I used an agent in the UK who quoted approx. £100 cheaper than all the main logistic companies.
Although the pick up took time after being chased, the customer service contact were very helpful and set up manual request for pick up.
web site for agents -
http://www.transglobalexpress.co.uk/
DHL were the shippers on this occasion - part is on its way - door to door service. _________________ -------------------
