Not an expert on Splits but it looks correct to me:
19mm cylinder, screw-top reservoir, screw-terminal brake light switch

I'd agree. Does it have the manufacturers name anywhere, such as ATE?

Thanks guys Ill check but I was wondering the "61" cast marking on top was an indicator of it being a factory part?

Is that a 61 or a 19?

My wheel cylinders have the bore size cast onto the exterior, were master cylinders the same?

Looks correct to me. It's 19 not 61. The bore is 19mm, hence the marking.

Agree, the 19 on the outside is the bore diameter and I have seen that on numerous master cylinders
