Steering lock problem

My steering lock is stuck! I am beginning to get quite frustrated with it so thought it best to seek advice!

It's a Huf model. It was working fine the other day but now the key won't turn.

Any ideas?

i used gun oil to loosen internals in my 65 beetle door handles and my factory column steering lock ignition it came with. kroil or pb blaster may also work to unstick the wafers while lightly rotating steering wheel to get stuff turned loose.

Try gently wiggling the steering wheel while keeping a little pressure on the key to turn it.
