Hi Everett,

Ok i need the synthetic washers, but do I also need something like a penny washer to attach the tube to the fan housing or is there something missing from the open end of my tube?

Yes, there is a washer (92) and a lock washer (93):

If I remember right 92 is sort of a thick washer, thicker than a normal washer, but I don't know if that truly matters.
