Just got a set of cosmics and noticed there is an insert missing, and i cant seem to find any. Is there a company selling these or do i have to find a machinist who whats to make a couple?

Empi makes them. They come in packs of 4 or 6, I can't remember exactly. I have an original set of Cosmics and that's what I've been using. I've had them on my car for over 15 years and haven't had a problem with them backing out.
