Does anyone know what the retaining ring looks like on a pinion shaft?
If your looking at the VW manual page 13-3 it is #3 not #5. It looks almost solid. Any ideas or help would be much appreciated. |

i guess you are talking about the pinion circlip.? it's part #113 309 241 . it is not solid. you can see a photo on the wolfsburg west web site. just look up transmission parts. _________________ 55 deluxe 23 window bus

#3 is the front mainshaft bearing retaining ring. Part number N20 420 1.
20mm ID, 1.2mm thick. Standard hardware. _________________ Is your suspension broken? |
