I have a 62 standard bus that I am selling for parts. Someone wanted to buy my back seat. The seat was sitting loose in the bus when I bought it. The seat frame has no legs to connect it to the floor. What my questions are is 1 what do these legs look like 2 how many legs are there 3 how do they connect to the seat frame and 4 where would a person find these legs. Any info would help. Thanks.

does the backrest of this seat have upolstery all over it (front and back)? if not, then what you have is likely a front seat shoved into the back of your bus. there are three legs and they are integral to the seat, so they would have to have been cut off at some point if it is a back seat. some pictures of both sides of both halves of the seat would certainly help in the identification

When I looked at your photos at

I only see the front seat in the cargo area. It appears to be a '61-'62 only "hump" bench seat, which are sometimes hard to find.

Your answers anyway:
1. Like metal tubing
Example:

2. 3
3. They are welded
4. Off another seat I guess
