I have never seen one. I don't see the problem with the stock shifter. If they are adjusted right, and the coupling is good, you can shift them as well if not better than anything else.
Now, if you are an accessory whore, that is a different story. _________________ Society is like stew. If you don't keep it stirred up, you end up with a lot of scum on the top!--Edward Abbey

I'm with Russ on the shifter thing. VW transmissions are durable, but exceedingly prone to wear if the shifter weight or dynamics are altered much. If you have an owner's manual for your car, it'll tell you not to rest your hand on the shifter while driving, or you'll wear the trans! For that reason, I've ALWAYS been leery of any sort of aftermarket or accessory shifter. That thing doesn't look like a factory or dealer accessory.
Plus, it's fugly! _________________ Немає виправдання для війни! Я з Україною.

There's nothing wrong with that design. Not pretty, that's for sure! I prefer the after-market shifters because I'd rather pull a trigger or push a button than push down. Hmm...I should design something like that for my Mk.III VW shifter cuz that's gotta be pushed down as well to go to reverse (but you shift up instead of down). _________________ Toby http://www.aircoolednut.com/
