I bought a damper for my '60 Mango bus. I could immediately tell from the picture it was the correct damper for the first generation "Bastard" bus engines with the muffler that had the angled exhaust outlet. To me this was like hitting the lottery, I found what seemed like one of the most elusive parts to continue with my restoration.

Anyway, it was better than described. It seems to be a NOS VW part with the "re-packable" damper.

A great part, a great price, package to withstand the most disgruntled postal employee, and even fast shipping included in the price.

A great seller. I'll by from him again when he has something else I need. (And should too!)
