exploded view

i'm trying to find some really good reference material for 60's bugs (mines a 66) showing exploded views of the body and chassis: parts list ..clear photos well detailed. Also like to find some stuff showing the assembly process at the factory....thanks a bunch pauli

I see you’re new to the forum. Welcome. I'd like to suggest searching for the material in this case. You'd be surprised what you find by putting in a small amount of effort.

As you might imagine your local library will have plenty on Volkswagen history and repair manuals.

i have searched and searched, other than books for sale which may or may not have good diagrams, or on-line parts warehouse companies that have a simplistic view for replacement parts, and even on this web site i could only find sales type literature, i couldn't find anything.....
