Yeah, I hear ya. The area I live in is one of the cloudiest in the state. If you drive 11 miles north or south, you see sunshine, but this area is mostly cloudy for some reason. We're also in the snow belt, which means we also can get lake effect snow at any time during the winter. Rolling Eyes I think moving to Hawaii might be an extreme, but maybe Missouri isn't out of the question. Cool I just don't know where I'd move to there, as most of it is very nice. Very Happy

Yeah. At every exit your have either a Fireworks stand, a P*rn shop or a church. Some exits get all three.

Missouri: I've been there once. That was enough Exclamation

(Oh, actually, I'll be back there this summer again)

Yeah, I've thought about the Joplin / Springfield area, as that's pretty nice. I've been thru that area quite a few times too, so I'm a little familiar with that area (my dad lives in Texas, and I pass thru there on my way to his house).

Bob, I was just messing with you. Although Hawaii is IMHO the most beautiful place on earth it is also, sadly, the most EXPENSIVE place on earth d'oh! . Although born/raised there I could no longer afford to live there. Housing is outrageous, fuel is over $2.50/gln etc. Don't know how people do it. I wanted to retire and not work until I die so here I am. By the way it's 42 and drizzling as I write this and my Westy sits in the driveway on jack-stands and I can't do a thing to it Sad ...

Nope, the plane landed at 10:30 pm, and we had to be back to the airport at 5 am. If I had known at that time that you lived in the area, I would have called you to be taxi.
We had to wait almost an hour to get a ride to the hotel. I think Springfield only has 1 cab.

Sad
