I think you may need to take some camera lens distortion into consideration...

Guess it is a prototype or very very early one. Note the heat ???. They are very small, as seen on the 1949 prototype on the Volkswagen museum in Wolfsburg.

I would love to se that picture in high resolution.

Corner window kombi in one photo, coachbuilt big side window bus in the other. Looks like both in the Zell am See photo have front overhead windows as well. Where are they now?
