Does anyone have some instructions or experience of fitting a moustache trim piece to the bonnet/hood of an early type 3?

1. Place trim piece against hood
2. Mark where mounting holes should be
3. Drill holes
4. Mount trim piece.
"Easy install" ?
I wouldn't do it though, the clean look is one of the nice things about the early Type 3s.
My '63 sunroof Notch had a trim piece installed in 1964. I removed it
