I'm doing a major re-wire on my 12V converted 63 Notch. I'm sure I'll have a bunch more questions, but 1 at a time.
I'm wiring the 12V wiper motor to the PBD. The wiper moter has 53, 53a, 53b, & 31b. The PBD has a place for the 53's, but where/what does the 31b connect to?

I'll take a shot at this one and its gonna be a ewag (educated wild a$$ guess), as I'm too lazy to crawl under my dash and do some poking with a VOM.
Its a ground wire that works on the parking of the wipers of a late. 53 is always hot for the park feature, 53a & b are the two speeds of the late model, 53a is the always hot and the 53 and 53b are the speeds for the early pbd. Its been a really long time since I messed with a pbd car so I could very well be wrong, and not having a late set-up to play with on the bench........  or a pbd switch and wiper to play with.... 
it could be a challenge......

It's already a challenge. 
Next I gotta figure out how/where the dimmer & flasher relays connect.
