What's the diff? Would this work on a Type 3? Ad says it's for a Thing? Why wouldn't it use the same as a Type 1?

That's a Type 3 header. Things use the same exhaust setup as the beetle/ghia/bus. _________________ OGST

Hmmm. That's what I was thinking.

That's what I was thinking when I first saw the pic. I was going to guess maybe an old Thunderbird header (like I have on my Roadster 2), as they used the large flange outlet. _________________ Bob 65 Notch S with Sunroof

I have a header like that that has a glasspack looking muffler attached to it. |
