I need to take out the old switches in my 67 Fastback. How do I get these out? I can't seem to figure this out and don't want to mess up the paint on the dash. any help?

If you don't have the proper tool,

you can use a pair of needle nose pliers. But be aware the you might damage the nut. The points of the needle nose go into the little notches, and you unscrew them.
