Does anybody know how bad the aftermarket T3 dashes fit and how many companies make them? Or do they all come from the same factory?

i think you were talking about the dash pads right?

there was a discussion on this within the past week or so but they are made by the same mfg and are modeled after the '71-'73 style. they don't fit earlier cars very well at all.

The aftermarket pads are a pain in the butt to install. They are too small. The instructions are very simple... Remove your old pad and any glue residue... Install the new pad by bolting on the grab handle first and then stretching over the guages. Sounds simple, huh? The guages were a pain to install... The holes weren't the correct size and I ended up having to trim and cut to get the guages in. I'm doing a full on restro. so I had my windshield out...don't know how anyone could do this with the windshield in...If you decide to do it...you've been warned...good luck... Twisted Evil
