when i got my car the electrical under the dash was torn in half..lol..tornado went through it kinda crap..well im changing turn signals to help clean it up...and i need to know were i get electrical from for the turn signal.. wat color wire..and were the wire hooks up to..i have the manual..but when i got the replacement turn signal ..some of the wires arent the same color..is there another diagram besides bentleys i can look at..thanx Jim |

Is this car a 68 or 69?
The wiring diagram in the newer bentleys is incorrect for these years.
I don't know how they managed to screw this up since the diagrams in their old full color manuals are correct. |

lol..the car is a 69...sorry about that..were working on it as we speak..its so confusing and im only 15..haha..oh welll..ill be really good at it when im done.. were does the turn signal get the power from though? |

k..becuase..the turn signal gets power blining on and off when the emergency signal is on from the white/black and the green/black wires..we gave up for today..but ne info is very much apprectiated.. |

Just checked the diagram. Yes, it gets its power from the 4way switch.

Yeah, it's the black wire with the green and white stripes on it from terminal 49 (of the 4 way) to terminal 54 of the turn signal switch. The black wire with a green stripe is for the right side, and the black wire with a white stripe is for the left. Both of these wires plug into matching "T's" that run both forward and rearward in the car. The "T's" will be to the left of the steering column.
