I purchased a camber compensator from Johnny that wasn't what I thought it should be. Johnny agreed I should send it back for a full refund which he put through today.

I bought a carb from Johnny off an add that had two advertised. I was clear that I wanted a particular one in the add only. A day or so later after paying, I see that he has it advertised for sale in a new ad so I contact him immediately. 
He says he accidently shipped the wrong one to me and will immediately correct his mistake and ship the right one. I asked him to ship the correct one with a label so I can return the wrong one.
It's now been more than two weeks since he said he would send the right part and nothing has arrived. I've PM and emailed him in the last two days and received no response.
I'm posting here in hopes he will pop his head up and make things right....

I just emailed you not more than 30 second's ago when I read your latest email to me this morning. Here's a copy of what I emailed you back and I am sorry :
Hi Nancy,
I am out of town and been out of town hunting parts for the past week but the carb is packaged up and ready to ship. It was supposed to be shipped out but apparently my family has not done that yet as I have over 100 or so packages a week to ship and when I'm out of town they try there best to get them out for me. I can refund you today if you want as I have internet access via laptop but I can't ship it out till tuesday when I arrive home and have the package in my hands. This is the tracking# 0310 2010 0001 0562 8081 you can check this# on tuesday evening if you want the carb still or I can refund you today no problem. Sorry for all this but yes I do have great feedback so please no worries this will get sorted out and again I am sorry for the delay in shipping and the shipping of the incorrect carb.
