What do you guys think this notch is worth?? I am not sure what year , but I think it's between a 65-67. Its in good shape , only a couple of small dents. The pans are in great shape and so is the engine compartment and trunk (no rust at all). I am not sure what engine it has but it has dual delarto carbs and there is no oil under the car ( has been parked for a week or so).

The interior is trashed but fixable. Here are a few pics of the car. Please let me know what you think a fair price for this is. The current owner is in jail and his 17 year old daughter is trying to sell it. I want to buy this car bad!!!

Thanks in advance!!!

Not sure what he is in for, but it was his instructions to sell the car, and pretty much everything else he owns. I have met the guy before and he seemed ok but I guess not. Rolling Eyes

Now hold on!!!!

If I am correct ,
Does the car belongs to a guy named...Rich ?, He has owned that car for 10 + years and brought it up here when he moved from SoCAl.
The last time I spoke with him he mentioned that he was having lots of problems but was happy that he had got the car back on the road.

Please find out all the details around this car before you buy it, You can contact me if you have any other questions ....
He had been buying alot of parts for the car.

The ddb to the rescue!!!! This car is owned by Rich!! But I am sorry to say that he is in jail. I am a friend of a friend of Rich and this is the car I have been waiting for. Since he was a customer of yours what would a fair price for this car be??? I have been in contact with his family about this car and I am waiting on a price from them.

Thanks!!!!!

I just saw something similar on one of those judge shows.

If the car in NOT in his daughter's name, she has no legal right to sell it. If she does, he can legally get it back from you, and it's up to you to get your money back from her.

If Rich ain't selling it, don't buy it. Nothing but trouble ahead.

As for the legal side of this issue, I believe that a Power of Attorney is needed for the daughter to be able to sell the car, that would have to have been signed by Rich to allow her legal permission to execute this type of thing.

If he signs the title, that's all you need in the state of Oregon to transfer the title.
