I am restoring a 64' Notch and am in the process of taking the body off. I'm hoping that anybody can give me a few hints about the seperation of the pan and body.

Remove the seats, shifter & motor. That way you won't have to lift the body as high to clear those interior items. Also, be sure to disconnect the steering shaft. If you're lifting the body off by hand, I'd remove all the glass and maybe even the trunk & engine lid to relieve some extra weight.
