Somewhat related, I removed the vin plate when I put an ill-fitting aftermarket dash in. Mad where should I put it? Don't tell me to... Shame on you
Honestly, does it need to be mounted somwhere? It's in the glovebox now.

you could superglue it back on the dash pad...
