Today I worked on my new '61 Panel that I traded for my '61 single cab. I got to keep my motor, tranny, front end and other misc. parts. the s.c will just go back to stock and eventually restored and my panel will retaine the patina paint and rust. The swap went pretty smooth and hopefully will be able to finish up tomorrow.

I thought all panels came single color originally? Damn looks totally authentic to me. Sweet!

I thought so, too. I was looking it over and it could've been done at the dealer. I might clean it up to bring the old paint back. Today I'm gonna go back and figure out wiring, replace all the 6v lights and hopefully have it ready for OCTO

Cool, it looks original paint in those photos.

What color(s) are on the M-code plate?

Finally welded up all of the camper windows. Then resprayed the white with semi-gloss. Also added deluxe trim & safaris. The roof racks next after getting powdercoated.

I like it! But I would like it more without the trim and aftermarket safaris.
