were the previous pics just lowered on the og gearbox and reduction boxes? how low was it?
how did you lower the front, love the stance, great work |

Yeah, it was just lowered on reduction boxes. Front is just dropped spindles right now. Going to have JeremyRockJock build me a narrowed beam *hint hint, jeremy...*

Just dropped my case, heads, and flywheel off to be machined, said they'd be done in 2/3 weeks, then I can throw my engine together and be rolling... _________________ -Andrew |

Nice bus Andrew.

2/3 weeks turned into 6 weeks... From the machinist, I took everything to be balanced. Balance job was just finished, picking it all up on Thursday.
On another note, I put a borrowed 1600 in my bus and drove it around just to make sure everything was ready to go for the new engine. I am very impressed with the straight axle transmission. It's definitely quieter in the bus and is going to rock hard on road trips. _________________ -Andrew |
