is it hard to paint your own car?
my grandpa use to do it so i have a bunch of his stuff i have a vw thing that needs painting how hard would it be and how much is paint and stuff like that and were can i find the paint _________________ 1973 vw thing 1600cc engine ONce agian is a live

It is not hard to do if you do some reading and TAKE YOUR TIME!!!
A good option for a first time painter is the Martin Senour Crossfire system from Napa, or the PPG Omni system (my local Carquest stocks it). These are both value line paint systems and are VERY easy to use.
Don't rush to get paint on and neglect your body work! The work you put in before you paint will make a HUGE difference in your finished product. _________________ '66 Beetle on '71 pan |
