So I was walking through the pick a part in anaheim when I noticed a 70-73 squareback in the upper right corner of the place. I know, nothing rare or anything, but its still got decent parts to be had if you need.
Its high-back seats and the rear seat looked to be in excellent shape (on first glance I didn't notice any rips or tears). Engine gone, but it still has wiring harnesses, fuze box, IRS transmission, steering wheel, pedal assembly, fairly straight sheetmetal all the way through, and a pan in great shape. It's also sporting some riviera-looking wheels that I don't think I've seen before. Dash has got the usual splits, but better than a lot of people's. Worth a look if you live nearby.

Thanks for the heads up on that ddare, I'm gonna go take a look this weekend. Quick question do you know the shape of the front fenders and hood, that's what I'm looking for, But since I'm gonna go down there I'm probably going to rip out(gently) of course the wiring and maybe someother useful parts if I get there before any other type 3 bros that hear about it. Lates and thanks for the info.

No prob. The place is like 3 miles from my house, on Beach Blvd (I live off of Ball Road in Cypress). If you want to meet up I can give you a hand with whatever. I am new to the area and don't really have anything else to do and I'd like to meet other T-3'ers.
I went there with the intention of finding a sunroof from a mid 90's car so I can cut a gaping hole in my roof. I bought a "complete sunroof assembly" off of ebay for $200, got it, and realized I needed a clip to bolt it to. Back to the drawing board... |

I went to the pick ur part today to get the dashpad and the steering wheel but the dash is torn by someone who didnt know how to get it out and just ripped it instead and the steering wheel is cracked all over.
The rims are Rivera rims nothing too rare. The sheet metal looked good and usable but the bumpers are beat...It was definately worth the $75-100 they gave the owner for the whole car. No pop outs either! |
