this one has one broken clip, other than that pretty good shape

Two or three years ago that would have been dirt cheap at your $550 price.
Today----??? Crying or Very sad

well I will leave it at that price then, I think it is a fair price. I have seen some crazy stuff over the years but I just want to sell the item and donate the money to a good cause.
Thanks guys

This box came out of Brazil a few years ago with no tools. Has a one broken clip which I need to replace, but otherwise is in good shape with no dents. The decal shows 11 tools with the single spanner. 1954 I think or thereabouts. I had to remove the fiesta bright paint that was on it and found the original paint to be very tough. Came with the original felt so I had a pattern to cut new felt. Was used as a working tool kit in brazil and that what I'm doing too. Still short on tools.

Question: Since I'm using this in my '62 as a working kit, should I look for a double spanner or a single spanner?

You'll want the dbl ended spanner. The small 21mm end fits the gen/alt pulley nut so you can change out the fan belt when needed

can anyone confirm that the Hazet 450 7 x 9 open/open spanner exists or do i have my wires crossed?

All i can find is 6 x 7 or 8 x 9.

I have a 60's Hazet kit with the four spanner slots.

In another thread I am trying to find out what the black screwdriver is that is acting as a placeholder for the 813-2 Medium Screwdriver...But I am also trying to ID the kit. Thanks!

SO,

Is this the famous "Full Circle" for 16" ?

Can you guys estimate how much this would worth in this condition ? There is one here in the classifields for $2500, is this really ok?

Yes, full circle for 16" wheel. But a little strange or modified. Your kit has an extra clip for the small screwdriver (814-1). Notice the decal, the small screwdriver is omitted. The 16" tool kit will only have 11 tools like the decal

It's ok to ask $2500. Doubt it will sell at that price in today's market

You're right. I didn't notice that. But if you look closer, the rivets are different. So modified.

These prices are insane. $2500 ??? No way

This one is not up for sale. I want to complete the set.

For almost 10 years I been waiting for this kit...it was not for sale, meanwhile i have never seen any other kit live.

Now few questions. Why sticker on decal shows early kit with only 36mm large 561 wrench and in the kit there is 36 and 21 version, also sticker shows two one side round wrenches and actually there is one 14.
There are small stickers on every tool.
And at the end what year is this kit actually.
Thanks!

The stickers didn't keep up with the changes of the tools, so it is not uncommon to have a sticker showing earlier tools than are in the kit. The sticker is just to show you how the tools fit into the kit.

It appears that your kit is complete with all the correct tools.

That kit would have been made in the late '50s. The tools are like would be found in a '56-'59ish kit. It has flocking so it is later in that year range.
