Fan Housing mounting bolt hole stripped

Whats the best way to fix a stripped theaded hole in a block. It's one of the two mounting holes for the fan housing. Helicoil? Tap it to the next size? JB Weld? Any suggestions?

Sometimes you can just tap the hole deeper, and use a longer bolt. Just don't over tighten it, and use the star washers that they came with originally. Also, a little "blue" 242 Loctite will help keep it there.
It tapping doesnt work, get a heli-coil kit and put in it. 6mm x 1.0.
