which ones do you guys like the cima mahle's, or the new german ones? the obvious thought would be to use german but i noticed the price is really cheap making me wonder if they are good quality. #1 cylinder is starting to suck oil from running hot (check out my other posts) so it is going to be time soon for a rebuild. i just want an engine that will be able to drive everyday reliably and be able to do drives like from home base here in nor cal to the invasion.

I would use Mahle's, but then I am biased. The patch over my shirt pocket says Mahle.
Also, CoFap from Brazil are Mahle.
One thing to remember about Mahle, They made the originals, and still do, for most cars.

All the CoFab sets I have used in the past, had always the VW/Audi logo inside the piston. No problems at all so far.
