Oval coming together at last

In the process of assembling my Oval after a full bare metal/body off rebuild.Running a 2.7lt Type 4 with Porsche cooling,4 wheel discs,17x8 wheels and an IRS conversion.Will be using fibreglass Aero guards all round( produced locally still using early headlights and late tail lights) I have grafted in a steel slider sunroof from a '66 as well. Decided half way thru to try and fit an auto trans from a Type3 (having already finished the original pan) Modified another pan by moving out the horns 50mm each side and welded gussets inside each horn.Managed to make all fit.

damn that oval is gonna be sweet, keep us updated on the progress, you gonna race it any?

It will be my Sunday cruiser,but will give it a run down the strip to see what it can do.Can't get any pics to show of it's progress-will keep trying.
